Therapy and Coaching in West London

About Me
I am a counsellor able to work with you in relation to your personal and relationship issues, life crises and past trauma. I am also a professional skills and career coach that can help you develop at work, find a meaningful career. I am able to bridge these worlds from my own life experience to date. Firstly, from my own personal therapy journey combined with my formal psychological education and training. Secondly, through my professional career as a qualified lawyer in London, thereafter as an executive assistant and advisor to international clients in the London real estate market for over a decade.
I am currently completing my Diploma in Counselling accredited by UKCP and an MA thesis in Psychosynthesis Psychology accredited by the University of Middlesex. My theoretical approach is psychosynthetic, meaning I work in an integrated way with the systemic (self-limiting thoughts and behaviours), somatic (mind-body connection), developmental (early trauma and family patterns) and other perspectives. All of this is held within the context of synthesising all of our qualities in order to achieve our fullest potential and expression in life. This holistic philosophy is underpinned by my additional qualifications as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. My personal approach is soulful and empathetic yet direct and authentic. Ultimately, my intention is to one day be able to say goodbye to you with you feeling confident that you have the tools to manage the waves of life and craft your own destiny.
We can work together on mornings before 9am, evenings after 6pm (London Time) or on weekends from private consulting rooms in Earl's Court.
Please feel free to contact me for a free initial Zoom or telephone consultation.
